Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
- A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This ensures I can accommodate other clients in a timely manner.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in a 50% service charge.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, as this impacts other appointments.
Studio Policies:
- Guest Limit: For a relaxing and private experience, the studio accommodates a maximum of two people at a time, including the client.
- No Pets Allowed: To maintain hygiene and comfort, pets are not permitted in the studio.
- Age Restriction: Services are available to clients 18 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Health & Safety: If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of everyone. This includes cold, flu, or any contagious conditions.
- Payment Policy: Payment is due at the end of the session. Accepted methods include cash, and Venmo
